Water is not only a resource but also a culture and life itself. It emphasizes the deep connection between water and the citizens of Taipei, as well as the harmonious coexistence and growth of water with nature. Creating an identity system that connects people with water, encourages interaction with water, and fosters collaborative creation with water, making the Taipei Water Park a place that showcases the diverse facets and charm of water.
